MISSION:
Our mission is to empower young girls and women through educational awareness by creating an environment that is safe, resourceful, and community-informed. We are dedicated to providing resources, support, and advocacy to prevent sexual abuse—enabling individuals to recognize, stand bold and fierce, resist, and report abusive behaviors. Together, we strive to foster a world where every girl and woman feels valued, protected, and confident in her rights.
OBJECTIVE​:
Our objective is to encourage and support young girls and women who have experienced or may experience sexual abuse. This support empowers them to speak up and advocate for themselves through comprehensive, trauma-informed care, recovery, and resilience—while also promoting prevention and awareness within the community.
LEARN ABOUT ME:
Latricia M. Brown is a dedicated Michigan educator with over 20 years of experience transforming urban education. Currently a K–5 principal in Pontiac, she is known for turning around struggling schools and fostering environments of high achievement. Beyond the classroom, Latricia empowers young women through mentorship, authorship, and global speaking engagements—encouraging them to find their voice and Speak Until Someone Listens.
